Director of Students Affairs
The Director of Students Affairs (DOSA) provides overall leadership and vision for UCU’s sports programs.
- Strategic Oversight: Sets policies, goals, and standards for all sports activities.
- Resource Management: Ensures facilities, funding, and support systems are in place.
- Representation: Acts as the official voice of UCU sports at national and regional levels.
Sports Coordinator
The Sports Coordinator bridges strategy and execution, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Program Coordination: Oversees training schedules, fixtures, and inter-university competitions.
- Student Engagement: Encourages participation and nurtures talent across different sports disciplines.
- Reporting: Provides updates to DOSA and supports administrative planning.
Sports Administrator

- Administration: Handles registrations, documentation, and communication with sports bodies.

Coaches are the backbone of UCU sports, guiding athletes with expertise and mentorship.
- Training & Development: Deliver structured sessions to build skills, fitness, and teamwork.
- Performance Monitoring: Track progress and prepare athletes for competitions.
- Mentorship: Instill discipline, resilience, and sportsmanship in every player.
Team Captains
Captains lead by example, representing their teammates both on and off the field.
- Leadership: Inspire and motivate fellow athletes during training and competition.
- Communication: Act as the link between players and coaches.
- Responsibility: Uphold team values and ensure unity among members.
