Lady Doves FC 3 – 0 UCU Lady Cardinals
In a FUFA Women Super League match at held the Katusabe Stadium in Masindi, the Lady Doves emerged victorious with a 3-0 win against the UCU Lady Cardinals.
The Lady Cardinals showed moments of promise throughout the game. Despite the outcome, the team’s spirit and determination were evident as they sought to establish their presence on the field.
In an effort to turn the tide, the Lady Cardinals introduced Sandra Kisakye, Cathy Nakiridde, Mbwali Bridget and Meble Kusasira onto the pitch, but the day belonged to the Lady Doves.
Goals from the Lady Doves were scored by Sumaya Nsisi, Norah Alupo, and Dorcus Kwikiriza, which set the final score of the match.
The UCU Lady Cardinals are now focused on next fixture in the Uganda Cup against the same opponent in Katusabe stadium Masindi.
